Only users within a specific Care circle can engage and share information with each other and only after taking appropriate permissions. Adding family members caregivers to a care circle is based on sharing a 6 alphabet code that needs to be entered into the PCL Connect tab. This helps to ensure that users' personal information is kept confidential and only shared with those who need to know.

PCL Connect also adheres to strict privacy policies and does not share or sell its clients' data with any external third parties. The platform is fully committed to maintaining the privacy and security of its users' data and takes every precaution to ensure that their information is protected.
